Tell that to Imperator Rome and sudden rework of the naval systmes after few weeks after launch. The erroneous assumption that all games with Season Passes for DLCs follow EA's policy of cutting content to release it later as a way to get more money is highly miss-informative, and only serves to hurt the companies behind the games. That is, all of the base game stuff is already done, and they're starting work on the DLCs.
The digital deluxe content most likely was produced after the game entered the final beta phases before the release. Most, if not all, of the DLCs you'll see for Paradox Interactive's own games is content created after the initial release of the games.Īgain, while Paradox have been open with how that's how they do DLCs themselves, that does not automatically mean Triumph does the same, though from what I have heard and seen in the past, their policy is similar. While I can't exactly speak for Triumph Studios, Paradox's DLC policy isn't to cut content like how EA does it.
